Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi I am facing fungal infection or itching side of the private area . Sometimes it becomes too itchy. From last few days I am using free cloth and making it dry . Now feeling some relief. Please recommend some creams for it.

My mother has a small black protruding spot on her chest. This has been there for couple of months. The size has remained the same without pain. Recently she complaint of slight pain only when touching it. Is it cause for concern? Is dermatologist the right doctor to show to?

Right now im using saslic facewash acne oc moisturizer and tretiva 20 mg So I'm taking isotretinoin from 15 days but still some COMEDONES so can i use tivenca gel which prescribed earlier by my doctor

While giving money to beggars near temple, I got fingernail scratch from one of them due to heavy crowd. Later I realised that blood too came out. I'm so worried as I don't know the condition of that person's nail whether he was having any nail infection or dirty nails. The scratch is not deep but yes it was bleeding. What should I do?? Should I take it very seriously?? Help me out ASAP please

I had red rashes on complete body and itching. I also have swelling in whole body. I had taken anti allergic tablet and it reduced.

Scaly patches bilaterally on both feet. Itchy and scaly. Earlier it was limited on left foot. Now also present on right.

I want to know if the keloid scar can be treated medically if yes, what medicines can be used. Or it can only be treated with surgeries?
