My son is having started getting these itchy red rashes from feet to hands to face since last 20 days. He has started levocetrizine syrup, clavum syrup, Momate f cream & wash by potassium permanganate solution since last 7 days. Rashes reduced but again new rashes are coming on face, hands. What is the permanent solution ?

Hello Doctor, I have been facing acne issues for a long time now. I have attached the picture of the chin area.I have tried many medicated moisturizers, cleanser and some topical tubes recommended by the dermatologists but nothing has worked out. The Chin area is the most affected part. I have started taking acnechio tablets since 2 days. My monthly cycles are also regular. I don't understand why I am facing this problem. Any advice or future course of action will be appreciated. Thanks
