I have some infection behind my neck. Below are the attached image for the same. There is no itching and irritation. Please suggest some medition to cure this.

Had a small pea size bump on middle of chest with black dot took hot compress to drain it it has drained but feel hardness and ring beneath the bump so i applied tea tree oil in it it burned the skin and left with open skin but bump can be felt still attaching 2 pics one before applying tea tree oil and after tea tree oil

I had a hair transplant for 4 months before. Now the hair has grown up. But not a thickness in frontal areas. At the time of the shedding period, there was less hair shed up. Is it possible to get a hair thickening in the coming months? When I googled i saw hair will grow in the coming days. Actually it means new hair will come or the existing hair will be lengthening?

I have psoriasis for the past 10 years. For almost 6-7 years I have been using topisal % lotion for scalp psoriasis. After few years I prescribed to switch to ultitar cs lotion which I continued until now. Both the medications I have tried on and off. I never used them continuously or daily. But recently both of the lotions are not working for my scalp psoriasis and especially the ultitar cs lotion makes my head itch so bad that it's unbearable. I stopped using it and also there are red patches on my head , white scales are getting worse day by day. For the past six months I am also having acne problems, it keeps happening like every two days a new pimple pops up on my face and it's ruining my face. Please guide me about the course of action.
