Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing acne problems since puberty on my back , chest and face (photo attached). I was previously prescribed sotret 20mg, involym , peroclin, l'acne lotion etc by a dermatologist for approx 6 months for sebarrohic dermatitis. My acne cleared but after a month they again started breaking out. Please suggest me a permanent solution for this. I am tired of these acne and dark spots all over my body . I ve already spent 1000s of rupees but all treatments are temporary. My forehead always have atleast 1 acne on it. I am facing dandruff problem in my hair. PLEASE HELP ME

Hi my 5 yr daughter suffering from severe skin infection suddenly on feet which form pompholyx n hand foot mouth disease from last 15 days dr prescribe Amoxicillin n omnacortil syrup..but our pediatrician recommend decazor syrup instead of omnacortil pls update m confused???

For the longest time I have had skin that is prone to ingrown hair. I have seen a lot of improvement in my hands and arms due to regular scrubbing and moisturising. However, it's not the same case with my legs, which also have larger pores. How can I improve them in 3 months(I have a big event coming up and I want to be able to wear western dresses)? Would laser surgery make an improvement in that? Another query is related to my underarms. Recently, I have seen dark patches in my underarms and they are not going away even after mild scrubbing. I think it's because of the heat and sweat. Can it be treated with chemical treatments?

I have dandruff and hair fall issue and because of that I am experiencing hair thinning on left side of my hair. I was recommended anasure 5% earlier but doctor changed to folliserum. Which is better folliserum or anasure 5% for hair fall and hair thinning on sides

Having fungal infection on the face, just below right eye & forehead. A lot of itching. Specially when in the kitchen or sunlight. Medicine taken - Cetzine. But got just temporary relief, nothing else.

Since last 15 years I have white spot on joints at knee & elbow. Some new spots are there on fingers.
