Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm suffering with dark knuckles on my feet toes and fingers also i had experienced sun burn on my neck and chest area and it now turned dark and difficult to exfoliate

I have had dark underarms for last 20 yrs i guess. Can these really be treated? And if yes then will this be budget friendly?? Plz give true response. I can never wear sleeveless tops.

Attached are my pictures. The skin is very uneven and has textures. I want my skin to be smooth and texture free. I also have lot of white heads.

I have this white patches like on both corners of my lips.. Initially developed them 3 or 4 months ago.. Only on left side.. Now on right side also it has started.. What is this? How to stop them?
