Are there any topical treatments to control sweat on the scalp and face?i tend to sweat extremely on these areas

Since last year I'm starting to get grey hair on both sides of my head. Could you please help in suggesting diets or oils that could help in reverting it? My lifestyle: I drink couple of beers and smoke couple of cigarettes and eat junk food on weekends only. Go to gym 5 times a day. Sleep 8 hours everyday. 6 feet tall weighing 78 Kgs.

I frequently get rashes on my scortum, it's itchy and burning sensation. Normally if i apply borosoft cream continuously for 3-4 days it goes away, but after few days it appears again.
