Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I am 22 years old female with no ongoing health condition and I am taking no other medication right now. I am suffering from hair fall since a long time. I have consulted many dermatologists for last six months. In the beginning the hair fall reduced and eventually stopped but again within two months of leaving the medication, I again have very bad hair fall again. My hair just pulls out without even using much force.

Hi doctors, i have severe pain in the third toe around the nail area. Very slight redness around the nail. I m not very sure if its a nail bed infection or if i got minor hurt as i dont remember exactly as my kid keeps driving his mini scooter on my foot once in a while. I am worried a bit as i am a diabetic (Hba1c is 6.7). Please suggest if i can use T-Bact or Soframycin ointment till i visit the doctor in a day. I am having this problem since 6 months or more. The tip of my upper lip grows dead skin which peels off after a week and leaves red skin which makes the lip look discolored and odd at the center.
