Swelling around nail of toe since last 1 month. And also having pain in the area. I happend hue to tight shoes

I am facing hair fall issue. Could please suggest some hair products or a hair care routine through which it can be reduced?

I've got three sessions of co2 treatment last year. Even though I took care all the precautions my skin got pigmented and the scar I had was worsened. Recently I went through scar revision, and the scar is much better now. I'm using golite cream twice a day and apply sunscreen everyday. Is there any other creams that helps treat pigmentation faster? Thanks

Even though I clean my neck everyday, also with products. There are black thick lines behind the neck and also in the front part of the neck. Is there anyway we can fade away those lines or lighten it? Looks very bad while wearing anything that reveals the neck or while wearing jewellery too, being a girl. Please help!

Hi I started using kera xl hair serum since last September. I was prescribed with kera xl in place of minoxidil 5% as I had experienced dizziness and blurred vision. The hair fall had reduced and also I had seen new hair grow. But suddenly now since last three months hairfall has increased. I'm continuing kera xl serum though at night along with anaboom anti hair fall shampoo. Should I discontinue kera xl?! What are the other alternatives? Please help.
