Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

For last three days some kind of red spot appearing in the palm, foot and in the saliva...kindly advise

3 Month back I have decided to lose my weight so, I reduce the quantity and eat majorly home food 2 times a day like in morning (milk, 2 chapati and 1 bowl green vegetable) and night (2 chapati and 1 bowl green vegetable/pulses normal homemade food etc) and I have also started doing 5 min exercise or 30 min walking to build my habit At that time my weight was nearly 78 kg now it's somewhere around Less then 76 kg. I can see my hairs started falling a lot even I can see white lines in my scalp. It would be great if you could share your valuable experience on this problem what should I do I'm just 25 year old ?

Hello I have three problems 1 I have hairfall problem but my Hair increase in two months of Haircut 2 I have allergy dermatitis problem in winter,if i wear warm inner wear than it happens on shoulders 3 in summer some times I have bacterial infection and if i touch them I feel pain So tell me exact problem and treatment of it

I have skin infection near Private parts i have used skin infection creams and tablets but it don't completely go away... i think it is a fungal infection i want to know what will be the best drug to completely cure it.

My skin was very clean and clear. From last 3-4 years i face multiple pimples on cheeks mainly and they leave scar and it's not going. Already using - Ahaglow s facewash Nico gel It reduced a bit but not going completely. My skin is extraaa sensitive
