Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing hair loss problems,it has increased a lot in the last few months. Some portions of my scalp have become blank and hair has become very thin as well. Need urgent consultancy for the treatment. Let me know what else I can do for healthy hair growth. Also my hair is a bit weak in nature.

Last year I suffered with minor  problem like itching and red rashes in groin and thigh during rainy season but cured automatically This year same problem occured . Local doctor diagnosed Ringworm.and treated with itracanazole 200mg two times and given Ebnol cream. I take one month treatment and cured. After one month the same desease repeated in groin area I restarted with Itracanazole 200mg two times and applying cream ketocanazole.since last 9 days. The problem almost cured. Pl suggest me how long should I use Itracanazol and ointment so that the same may not repeated. Thanking you.

Age 25. I am type 2 diabetic from 2 years . Fully under control with good diet and exercise .Hb1Ac is 5 . Tablet is GLYCOMET  SR 500(1-0-0). I am having hair loss since many years , especially in  front BOTH  SIDE  regions. Now taking VB7 forte since 3 weeks. Can I undergo HAIR TRANSPLANT ?
