Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got a small lump on my forearm from an insect bite around 6 years back. Recently noticed it because it has turned quite itchy. The lump is not superficial. It is under the skin and is quite hard. Seems like the size has changed as well. What can it possibly be? Thanks in advance.

About a year ago, there was "black dot" on my sole of right foot- I removed the skin- it was a wart (as told by a dermatologist) They advised me cryotherapy- I did not take it Now- there are few (7-8) small black dots on my sole- spreading I am concerned if there is some serious disease in my body - if I'm immunocompromised?
