Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had undergone laser treatment year back. But due to wrong power caused pigmentation. It's been almost a year now, but the pigmentation hasn't improved yet all. I use sunscreen regularly while going out, moisturiser while sleeping. Does it get better or will have to live with this for the lifetime? Thanks in advance.

My son is 10 months old. Every now n then red rashes appear on his skin although they disappear on their own within few days.
