I have been facing acne problems since puberty on my back , chest and face (photo attached). I was previously prescribed sotret 20mg, involym , peroclin, l'acne lotion etc by a dermatologist for approx 6 months for sebarrohic dermatitis. My acne cleared but after a month they again started breaking out. Please suggest me a permanent solution for this. I am tired of these acne and dark spots all over my body .
