Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin is oily acne. My face was clear from last 1 month  I am having pimple then dark spot I need to be cure from dark spot .

I have iching at my hip and scalp for long time. Some pimples type occurs on my hip and at the time of iching I feel some puls on hip.and on scalp have same iching and puls type coming from it and also have dandrop and in my nail I saw skin out from scalp.I used ointment like terbinafine composition and take medicines sometime..after that the problem solved but after some days again this infection occurs.

After pimples on face .they becoming dark and staying long time. How to get rid of them. And mine is oily face

I taken allopathy,ayurveda and homoeopathic treatment s  but no results ,problem not cured also increasing . recently I heard about Yunani treatment I will give some positive results so I need Yunani treatment consultancy.so pls it's emergency.

Please tell the medicine that are given in the prescription that I uploaded and also the way to use it.

Hello I have a severe acne problem so i was advised isotetronin 20mg a day, but since I have a fatty liver and 380 alkaline phosphate + 48 SGOT , so would isotetronin be safe to take? I am also on liver treatment so can I go with both treatment together??
