Hi i have itchy follicles on my legs, arms and neck. This is causing me to scratch a lot. I am diabetic as well. What can be the reason for this?

Cetaphil moisturizer producing more oil on my face,so i tried new moisturizer as per my friend's suggestion it's called neutriderma.After 2 days of started to use neutriderma moisturizer small bumps started,so i stoped using.please suggest me good moisturizer for face without fragrance and non oily.

I'm trying to get clearer skin and using tretnoin .025 percent cream for it for past 5-6 weeks, along with niacinamide 5% (different time). Is this normal with initial tret usage, or is this something that might be occurring because of clogged pores?
