Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I suddenly noticed these 2 spots around my belly not sure how they come, the spots turn reddish or like pinkish when I bath , is it of any concern and possible to make these spots go away?

Hello, I am noticing some less hairs/no hairs suddenly on the front side of my head in a particular area Also, I recently used cold pressed castor oil and rubbed that area very intensely. I still see small hairs on the follicles in that area . I am not sure if it's because of using castor oil and rubbing that area or is it actually a hair loss. I don't see this in the other side of the head.  Only in this particular area I see no / very small hairs. Is this permanent follicle damage or Will my hair regrow ? Baby is 5 months old he is having white spots on skin plus some multiple spots (don't know how to describe them ) I have attached pics .. we use coconut oil for massage .. on white spots using seba med rash cream and multiple spots using candid cream as suggested by baby's doc but it's not helping much . Can anyone please help me to know what's these spots are and how to cure them ?.. will they go by their own ? It's not because of dryness I guess because we massage him thrice a day and after bath use body lotion (seba med ) properly

My face and areas of hands uncovered by clothes are very dark but my rest of the body covered with clothes are milky white. I have also pigmentation around my mouth and on forehead such that areas near my eyebrows appears clearly lighter. My neck area underarms and inner thighs are also very dark. I tried many home remedies, parlour treatments and applying sunscreen for almost 2 years but there is no improvement at all. I have dry skin but whenever I apply any oily moisturizer on my face small painless pimples appears on my skin. Can I match my face and body tone by any medicated creams because my guardians don't allow me for chemical peels or lasers. If yes than how long it will take to completely match my face tone and body tone. My face is 7-8 shades darker than my body.At what extent I will get results from medicated creams. Any safe cream???

I was prescribed a cream which contains azelaic acid and tretinoin for acanthosis nigricans(Neck region) and was told to use it for 6 weeks.Skin keeps peeling and new skin keeps coming.This was my 6 week scenario. It has been more than 6 weeks now.If I stopped using the cream for 2 days now my skin is becoming super dark.Is this something to be worried about?
