I have small blisters on my body. They not hurting. But they happened in the group. After recover this blisters going blue colour. All blisters are recover I am applying neem paste after recover this blisters going blue colour. These blisters do not go ahead what I should do?

I am a 27 year old male, since last 5 months I have been suffering from some kind of skin disease (attached screenshot), which looks as if there is internal bleeding. It's increasing in size. There is no itching or pain. I am not diabetic. Initially the doctor said it's normal and will go away on its own but instead I see it's growing and also started to appear in hands.
