Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having severe hairfall since last few months.My scalps are visible now and hairline is becoming wider.I am very depressed.I was a pcod patient too.Can hairfall be reversed and new hair grow back.I have oily scalp.my hair usually get oily within 2 days of shampooing and hair is very thin now.I want voluminous hair back.I tried herbal treatment and applied amla ,reetha and shikakai home made concoction too for the desired result but nothing is working effectively.I use cold pressed organic coconut oil and castor oil so that hair can regrow.Nothing is working out.Please suggest me something effective for hair.

Does warts and hyperpigmentation treatment can be claimed under insurance ? My insurance policy says it's a comprehensive plan.Plz reply so i can take further step Thanks
