Cut marks on hand
I have cut marks on hand. And, used many creams from 3 years but of no use. Scar became like a bubble type layer was formed. Please suggest the treatment to heal it might not remove scar completely but at-least to heal bubble layer so it might look little odd than before. Any doctor's from Hyderabad please respond if there is treatment so I can book virtual or in-person appointment.
