Cuts on penis foreskin
I have cuts on my foreskin penis they are not healing I tried using boroline candid b dermikem oc creams but no use I tried having antibiotics I am suffering since a week it heals and the moment I go to urine or pull the skin back it hurts I am embrassed to face any doctor on this can you please help be out and suggest any good medicine I got some relief once I cleaned it with coconut oil please suggest on this

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please don't use candid b, dermikem cream as they contain steroids and can cause side effects. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. This can work best since you have embarrassment to go to doctor.
