I consulted a dermatologist for decrease in volume and density of hair she priscribed me zelcon lotion and Elocon lotion. But the chemist told if is used in other treatments not for hair so should I use any of this lotion ??

I have had this bump for the last 2-3 years. It's not painful but sometimes it hardens into something similar to calluses on the palm. But, when you peel it off or cut the dry skin using a nail cutter, after a few days it covers up into this bump. 1. Should I be worried ? Is this common? 2. What should I do to get rid of this ? 3.
