HAND BURN AND BLISTERS
One of my friend burnt her hand while doing household chores and even got blisters that's said to be second degree of burn . what ointment/antibiotic cream should she apply ??

Burn with blisters is second degree superficial burns.
Next Steps
As of now, if she is not able to visit a doctor, Ask her to apply ointment sliverex SSD/ Silverex heal over burn area.  Both of  these contain Silver Sulphadiazine which is bactericidal in action and effective in cases of 2°and 3° partial burns.
