It's difficult for me to provide a specific answer without knowing more information and examining the black spot in person. However, in general, dark spots on the skin can be caused by a variety of factors, including sun exposure, hormonal changes, and certain medications. If you are concerned about the black spot on your lips, I would recommend that you consult with a dermatologist. They will be able to determine the cause of the spot and recommend the best course of treatment. In the meantime, it's always a good idea to protect your skin from the sun by using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30, and to avoid using any harsh or irritating skin products.
