I have very sensitive skin, Is chemical peel safe for hyperpigmentation? I got pigmentation due to co2 laser two years back, it hasn't improved yet.

I am suffering from hairfall since 2019 with a lot of dandruff . After that i went to doctor to find cure. He prescribed me coal tar shampoo which i used for 7 months and then i noticed my hair thinning and abnormally falling . I decided to shave my head and till now i have shaved my head 3 times but my hair fall is extremely abnormal and hair thinning. Please help me looks like i will go bald for life . Is there any cure and the dandruff and itchiness still is there but i never used coal tar shampoo again . Has my hair got damaged for life ?

I have a very dry and sensitive skin...so consulted a doc..they have suggested kojiglo gel and depiwhite cream however wanted to check for correct order of applying it and also need a good sunscreen for my skin type..even when I apply aloe gel my skin starts burning and subsides after 10 to 15mins...my skin is that sensitive... also I have pigmentation issue..
