Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been having severe dandruff and hair thinning since I have relocated to a new place where there is heavy dust and coal related work during commute..Please guide to reduce hairfall.

I got diagnosed as lichen nitidus as I had flat inflammation on my lower abdomen and my genitals. I was given some medication hh derm which helped to remove it but it has reappeared is there any permanent solution

There is raised black coloured bump in my thigh from my childhood but these days when my thigh is wet it stains my pant black and when I rub it some parts are coming off . I think it's size somewhat lightly increased during the past 4-5 years. In the photo the white region are the one where I rubbed it off. Is it normal mole or something else?
