Is isotetronin safe for person with dry sensitive skin with acne problem?.....................

1 yr child having this skin tag like thing on forehead(pic attached).It was small earlier now it's increasing in size. Please suggest remedy.

I went to skin specialist for removal of dark spots and pimples so she has given Eukroma KT cream and Nioclean Ad Gel for 3 days , where i have used Eukroma cream at that place on face it has formed black colour layer at that place skin is not smooth even though iam using moisturizer since week it was not removing help me how can I remove that and all black spots on my face

I was given acnewar ointment to treat acne one year back and it got resolved. Now when I get acne at one or two places, i am still using it for one or two days. Is it a concern to use the ointment for a longer period?
