My husband got a brown spot near shoulder and neck. Recently it developed with 3 brown patch and 1 black patch. I'm confused on what could be the reason

Hi, doctor prescribed me to use glyseb soap due to dryness issue, I felt it's working so started to use on face too .is it good to use this soap on face everyday?

I have white and red pimples on my scalp. They are very itchy sometimes I can not put my head on pillow and also my hairs too fall due to this. I have taken some medications for it before. In the initial phase pimples starts to disappear and hairs start to regrow but after approximately 1.5 months they come again, and the grown hair again begins to fall.
