I am 32 years old suffering from hyperpigmentation and acne ...I consulted dermatologist before she provided me facewash , sunscreen and some cream like tretinoin and kojic cream but my problem increased...my skin suited for physical sunscreen which contains zinc oxide since I sweat too much...I have to work in field so sunlight is a huge problem for me...I need good skincare routine for men...like cleanser,toner, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen...

Hi Doctor, My daughter of 4 years old is having some rash typer on body since 2 weeks. She is having itching. Her urine and potty were normal. No other issues except itching. She is having daily fruits. She doesn't eat chocolate, biscuits. Twice she take bath with like warm water. Please find the attached pictures. Kindly please let me know why it happened. I have been diagnosed with severe acne on skull with red spots acne visible on my skull.. Doctor has recommended Sotret NF 8mg but my blood pressure is 140by100 always. ( Haven't consulted regarding bp to any doctor) Is it safe to take that tablet daily (they recommend for 30days) as i see it has too many cons after taking the tablet. Need your valuable suggestion.

My wife is having this skin condition and it looks like eczema which is spreading slowly all over... She took homeopathic treatment for a month and its not so much effective... I've been suffering from rash like things in both of my inner thighs since past 2 weeks. I've been using normal talcum powder on them but they are not going away and there is also itching on them sometimes. It seems like jock itch or fungal infection or rash  but I'm not sure what it is exactly. So, I'm also attaching a picture of it

I have been getting tiny pustule like bump/s  on left side of my nose since few months. Bumps are 1-2 in quantity. They generally get burst or scraped while drying the face after taking shower in the morning. But the bump/s reoccur by next morning. Initially I applied a general antiseptic cream but it didn't work. As it didn't work, I applied Fucidin and then clindamycin with no effect from any of those. Both were suggested by GP. Is there any other topical medicine I can apply to help me with it? I am not in India, so GP is the primary source I can visit and getting a specialist appointment takes time.
