Dispigmentation of lips
So my upper lip is dark and my lower lip is getting white. I wear lipstick 24/7. I am very conscious of my lips. So to make myself feel beautiful, i tend to apply lipstick all day. I think that could be the issue. But i really want to fix this and get natural pink lips. I also smoke everyday. Not hydrated properly. I also pick my lip skin out of habit and whenever I am stressed. Can someone please suggest to me some good lipbalm or remedy on how to fix this. Please.
