Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was using Betnovate C cream since 5 to 6 years without knowing its harmful results but now, for one and half year I have stopped using this and as a result, dryness, dullness and most importantly so many rashes have been appeared on all over my face!! Tried so many things and consulted with several doctors but nothing worked on.I think without steroid it's quite impossible to survive from this skin condition. Please suggest me how can I be cured properly without steroid!!🙏🙏

My hair becomes greasy and oily 1 day after hairwash and when it becomes oily my face becomes dark and dull and also i experience lot of hairfall during that time.. I went to a dermat he gave me kansel b lotion but i see no difference ..how do I fix It ? So, I have a lighter shade of skin and used to roam about in the sun for hours during my school years. It has been more than 10 years I got a tan at that time that still doesn't go away. There is a very strong difference in shade between my upper forearm and lower forearm and it doesn't look good. I have tried exfoliating but it doesn't seem to work on this tan. What can I do to remove this and even out my skin?
