Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been experiencing hair fall since January.I had contacted covid in January and soon after that started experiencing hair fall and itchy dandruff. The hair follicles that are shedding have a white bulb.I usually notice the hairs on my comb and on my study table.The shedding had stopped in October for about 2 weeks but then started again.But I had also lost a weight last year which may be a trigger(Almost 9 kgs).As of now when I use anti-dandruff shampoo my scalp feels better and hair fall reduces but after about 2 days returns.

I have a hair fall and a dandruff problem I want to remove this problem and  growth of my hair is slow .

Can telogen effluvium affect hairline? I have had surgery 3 months ago as well and also my hairfall has affected whole my hair texture and it has mostly affected on my scalp and my hairline
