Dry,flaky,red itchy skin with fluid
I have been suffering from this since the past 2 years .. dry, flaky skin which gets tight after i wash my face and makes it unable to move my face...it's around my eyes,forehead,chin and upperlip and neck..it gets worse in summers and i believe whenever I'm out in the sun it gets even worse..i have been on homeopathic medicine for around 1.5 yrs and it relieves it for the time being but then it comes back..i have used heavy paraffin creams,every kind of sunscreen ...the skin becomes so red and itchy and fluid comes out of it making it swollen and sticky..i really really need a permanent solution for this or even a diagnosis if possible ..

It looks like photosensitive / photo allergic eczema but not completely certain without examining you in person
You might require a test called ANA and a drug called Hydroxychloroquine
Another possibility is Porphyria
You'll need a Skin biopsy for sure
