It has been a week since my scalp got infected by lice and dandruff. Itchy scalp, and whenever I remove those lice, the scalp again gets infected by more lice. Need some permanent solution

When I wash my hair with Sebowash , I could see no itching and hair is strong and less white sebum. But after not washing hair for 2-3 days and when I go outside in bike , the scalp is oily , more sebum, bit itching , hair falls more. What should I do?

I have spotted a mole recently developed in 15-20 days back and had a consultation with a dermatologist. He didn't say it melanoma. But it feels firm to touch. So I am worried. It's around 2mm in diameter.
