I have an acrochordon tag on my face from more than 10years Some of them appear hanging. Can anyone suggest me any medicine or cream to remove it.. i don't want leaser treatment and it's also costly i only want to remove the tag which appears hanging.

Hi, I have lump type formation (something like gaanth) under right cheek skin. Cannot see or feel it from inside the mouth. But when I touch my cheek from outside, I feel something under my skin and it's very slightly swollen as well. Also, it's not tender to touch. What it could be? What should I do next? Please suggest.
