Which is better? Acrofy Acne Lotion or Excela. I have acne prone, combination skin. I'm using topical cream for acne and it is drying my skin a little. So I need a good moisturiser. Please suggest.

Hi Doctors, my son is 4 years old, he had developed a mole kind of soot on his left, we noticed it when he was around 2 years old, I feel it has grown a bit more than what it used to look. It is brown in colour. I am attaching picture for reference. Could you please let me know if it's mole or something else to worry about thank you in advance.
