How to permany cure Seborrhoeic dermatitis? It's been 12 years please help me out Used many Medicines around 1 lakh rupees spent Any permanant cure?

I had cut mark scars on hand for 3-4 years and consulted for treatment and as per their suggestion I went through CO2 laser, but it didn't work out well and they transferred me to surgery by doing sutures. After removing, it became worse with bubble layer and complete red. I've spent a lot of money, if anyone has experience in situations like this and have proper solution for this please do suggest

Hi sir/ Madam. I have Atheletes foot infection for the past six months. It started with a small patch, and now it has grown bigger. I am cleaning it dialy with hydrogen peroxide and applying fungicros cream, but it seems to have no effect on it. The patch is a whitish color. Please suggest me a cream/ medicine for this. Hi, I am a 30 years, 6 foot height, 79 kgs fit gym going individual. I'm on finasteride since last 4 years due to my hair issue and it worked on me really well. Recently I did a blood test and my cholestrol came very high. Ldl-200 and total cholestrol 275. Does continuing with my finasteride would affect my heart and cholestrol in anyway? My cardiologist told me that it's not gonna be a problem but I should consult a dermatologist. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had taken isotretinoin for 6 months due to that I got b12 and b9 deficiency. After that I started taking hydroquinone to cure pigmentation but these creams are not working but before taking isotretinoin they were working. Not only hydroquinone non of the lightning creams working on my skin in any parts of body. Then I did chemical peel on skin then the pigmentation removed but after 5 days again pigmentation comes back even after using sunscreen and taking all measures this happend 2 times with me So what may the reason behind that. But when I take isotretinoin and at that time I use lighting creams then they start working in some parts of skin and when I stop taking isotretinoin. They stop working. Please help.
