Burning sensation on back

Asked for Male, 29 Years

For last 10 days I have burning sensation on back ( one side) and some times I feel cold on that affected area however there is no any redness,rashes or any other spot on this affected area. The skin is quite normal. Pls suggest me a medicine to cure it.
