Burning sensation in scrotum.
There is a constant burning sensation in my scrotum skin only at one place everything else is fine. Due to whichh I am not able to walk, sit, sleep. I am using suthol and cooling powders for it. Please help.

You may be having neurodermatitis which is a kind of eczema common on the scrotum. It created a desire to itching and scratching created pleasure. The other possibility is fungal infection. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
