I am facing skin issues from last one week.picture attached pls let me know the problem and treatment.

I have something like this in my face from last 2moth it's increasing its pimples or allergic can you clear me .. am worried for this ..it's not going .some time it's decrease and sometimes suddenly increase all over my face . Pimples or allergic?

Around October end 2022 I got red pigmentation on my right ankle of size 1cm×.5 cm . By the end of November it increased in size ( first pic). By January 2023 it has increased in diameter , although the central area has cleared(pic2). Is it something minor like contact dermatitis because I started wearing a black thread from last year? Or I should visit a dermatologist?
