Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Namaste, I had been using whitcare,Placentrex gel, etc, for the last two years for vitiligo. Now I have vitiligo all over my body. Recently, the doctor prescribed me Trioxasalen tablets. He told me to expose the vitiligo affected areas to sunlight after 90 minutes for 5 minutes and, most importantly, shut eyes when I do that. Is it ok to wear sun glasses instead of shutting eyes.

Hi i have recently noticed extreme itching and rough surface coming on my lips after using lipstick. i used the same lipsticks earlier and didnt face this issue but now suddenly im facing this. i have noticed same issue with other lip balms also. only boroline suits now. after exfloilating and regular application of boroline it gets ok in few days on its own. lips are dark and dull. note that products are not expired yet. what can be the reason for sudden change and what to take care while buying cosmetics.

I'm using inbilt f 5% but it doesn't contain any dropper and I was prescribed to use it 1 ml at a time and 2 times daily approx 9-12 hour gap. The container contains no details about how many pumps equals 1 ml. How many pumps should I apply for 1ml?
