Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had gone in a State level Competition for 3 days and due to unavailability of water I didn't take bath for 2 days. When I came back my home at 1 am and went to sleep, after 2 hrs approx my whole body started itching and there were no rashes. I got up and did oiling in the body but still I didn't feel better. After that, I took Citrizen for relief which was a bit relieving. But today it is 2nd day, I went to nearby hospital yesterday's evening, they gave me a lotion and a medicine which I have to take in night and a soap too. But still my body is itching. Sometimes it is extreme. Please please please help.

Recently I did Body waxing at a parlour and next day I got too many red bumps on my back. They are itchy and irritating. One doctor prescribed moxikind cv 625, cetrizine and Fucidin H Cream for this.
