Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having dry pimple on cheeks and flakes on side of nose. No puss it is little dry bumps. Like when pimple poped off and not rusty dry on top u can see dryness on the skin but when u touch than u feel small little dry pimple kinda . No iching or burning but giving a feeling like dirty face

I see lot of scaly white thing dropping down from my head and beard for last 6 months at first I thought it's normal dandruff but after researching in online I think I have psoriasis in my scalp and beard; can you please advise how to tackle it because at I don't have any issue in my beard but now it's spreading there; please suggest what do I need to do? Is it curable with tablets or do i need to follow any diet?

I was acne prone and had immense breakouts, but now, i cleared my acne , completely (just 1 or 2 eventually appears). But my skin has become very much textured and rough and large open pores., especially my forehead,its too textured and bumps all over the face. How can i smoothen my skin.
