Right waist side skin problem
Hello doctors, please see the attached image. It is some skin issue on the left turn side of waist. I have soframycin in home. Can I apply that? Please advise.

It's eczema due to various factors like dryness, scratching, food and water problem...
Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage to skin
Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that correct treatment options can be provided
Use soframycin ointment for now
