This requires a proper consultation with a qualified dermatologist either online on in clinic so that prescription can be given for the same.  Pls start treatment at the earliest and do not delay further.  Warm regards,  Dr Govind S Mittal,  Therapeia Skin Hair and ENT Centre,  Bengaluru.
