Is this herpes/shingles/chickenpox?

I had done premarital std 2 weeks back it showed hsv 1+2 igm positive(1.38) and igg negative. My partner was all negative. Apart from that i haven't had any sexual contact since 7 years. So lately i have been getting red rash on my upwpr chest near shoulders. But yesterday all of a sudden i saw a red fluid filled blister like thing appeared on my left bicep, lower back. They are single bumps no cluster. Then while bathing, i found burning sensation around my eyebrows, there's a pitted scar, in my eyelid too i saw fluid filled bump. Please guide me what is it. The dermatologist yesterday i showed physically said pompholyx but it doesn't feel like that. I am sweating a lot at early morning, body ache and run down symptoms. Mild fever maybe. Please help me attached this pictures. I am unable to start a consultation due to some issue woth practo, please help me. Plsss
