Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Is this infection ? Is this due to Fungal? Ihave fungal infection between thighs from months. I'm using Fluconazole + itroconazole course from 3 weeks and it's getting better almost. I have burning urination and itching pain in urethra .Kindly see attached pictures.

Please suggest proper treatment for purpura also cause of this. This is causing too much pain and burning sensation also it is increasing rapt

I am having small  acne and scars on face. From a month it is not working out for any creams. My periods got delayed for 10 days. I thought it was the problem but after the completion of period also it's like that only please suggest me any cream

I don't know since when I had thyroid . But I noticed so many changes on me like.. hair thinning and acne skin. I started thyroid tablets from April 2022 ..  of dosage 50mcg .. now the doctor suggested me for 25mcg i.e, Aug 2022 .. as my TSH level reduced. I lost my hair due to thyroid ... but now i want it be treated. Even my skin is acne prone... Please suggest me..

Does kids hair also shed? My daughter who is just 5 years old..her 3 to 4 strings of hair shed when i shampoo her hair. Pls suggest. Is it normal?

Having dry pimple on cheeks and flakes on side of nose. No puss it is little dry bumps. Like when pimple poped off and not rusty dry on top u can see dryness on the skin but when u touch than u feel small little dry pimple kinda . No iching or burning but giving a feeling like dirty face
