Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Please help My mother is suffering from a skin disorder, Rash and Red spots. It has occurred in the last month and is still continuing. She is washing the area with an anti septic soap and applying betadine and boro plus anti septic cream but nothing seems to help. She has blood pressure and heart problem Her daily medication includes 1. Telista H 80 and embeta xr 25 2. Ecosprine AV 75 3. FABUSTAT 40 for uric acid 4. Feronia XT Attaching photos of affected area

She is having small white patches in her  and body. It's gradually spreading. Please let me know the possible reasons for this?

I use latisse on eyebrows and got dark circles from using it.But i want to continue using it.So,i use retinol and still continue using latisse will it help? Or do i have to discontinue the latisse.i want to use latisse and retinol for dark circles can that help while using latisse and please don't advice online consultation as i am asking a direct question please pleasee

@Dr.pratik Sharma sir, As per your advice, for large chunky flaky dandruff that peels off like scales when i scratch or comb my scalp, i used scalpe+ shampoo for 2 months now, but there is no improvement sir and hairfall is also extreme. What can i use now sir? Any other suggestions here pls

I am diabetic and have thyroid for 15years , Iam experiencing extreme hairfall from few months. I thought it is because of hardwater but even after installing water softener it didn't stop. Please can any one tell me what all can be the reasons.I am worried after my health seeing the hair after wash.

Two months back I got skin allergy, consulted skin doctors they have given tablets. After that course again started itching I gone through IGE test 1 month back the levels are 416 u/ml again taken some medicine once after the course is finished the itching is started, I don't have any asthma or lung diseases , avoiding all foods which leads to allergy How can i reduce these IGE Previously I don't have any food allergies.
