Small red rash around the month
I have a sudden reaction, and have small rashes around the mouth. Im right now traveling and have been eating outside food. I also recently started using triqua max moisturizer... But i have used it before and had no reactions.
I took an allegra, please suggest what to do.

It's seborrhoeic dermatits causing this rashes around mouth..it will improve with medicine... for accurate diagnosis and treatment do direct online consultation with photos

It can be herpes viral infection...
Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage to skin
