I have been facing acne problems on my face for a long time. My skin is originally oily but since i shifted my current place has made my skin dry. Please suggest any tube.

I had severe hairfall about 3 years back which gave me a kind of bald spot on the top of my head. The spot is not completely bald as it has very low quantity of hair but the scalp is clearly visible. I have been using minoxidil for 1.5 years now, along with finasteride (on and off). I also had 5 PRP sessions with one session a month. I still haven't witnessed any hair growth and right now I'm using minoxidil and finasteride regularly. I'm concerned if hair can actually regrow after this much time. And how longer should I want and keep using minoxidil. What other options do I have left now?

I'm getting pimples on my back and it's increasing day by day. Ho can I find out what is the root cause of it. Recently I've started getting the same kind of pimples on my belly as well.
