As of my friends suggestion...that they told to use beer as an mist for face to get glowing skin...is is safe to use beer to use on face at regular basis???

Is having a lump around 1.5 cm under the skin of the forearm (2 inches from the wrist)  normal. Have noticed it since last 8 months. hasn't grown in size since. No pain. If it is pressed, it goes down under the deep skin and hard to find through fingers, again after sometime or while resting comes to original position and then easy to find by fingers. Can be moved around but,more easy to push it down. Shown to my regular GP. He said to ignore it. But I am worried about the same now.
