Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from chronic urticaria since past 5 years. No dermatologist has been able to find out the trigger. Several tests have been done. Actually, I've been talking oriel-M (levocetrizine and montelukast) every night, my itching is under control. If I skip my medicine for atleast 1 day then severe itching starts in my entire body (including eyes, inside ears, sneezing as well). Red patches occurs and fades away after sometime. Doctors told me to keep taking antihistamine. I want to ask, will the long term use of levocetrizine damage my kidneys, liver etc... or any other organ? Or is it fine to take it ?

My age is 34...I have got deep hollow under eyes bags. It gives me a very tired and bad appearance. Pls advise me how my deep hollow under eyes bags will be cured.

I have problem with my lips they are very dry, chapped and dark . Actually a layer start to form on my lips if I didn't bit them then it becomes thick in 2-3 days and then crack leads them to bleed so I starts to bit them becose of bitning my lips starts to burn and swell and I'm suffering this from last 7-8 years. I tried alot of things to fix it but nothing works. Can you tell me how to fix them or suggest me something like lip balm or something like that...?plz..

Can warts be removed without surgery? Can you suggest some ointment or medicines for the wart removal?

I have something called palmoplanter keratosis...and seeing this in my hand...what is this...just a dry skin or something else ?

Hello Doc, There is redness around base of my nose since months which doesn't go by its own. There is no irritation or itchiness or pimples or dryness or pain. Just weird redness. I have an oily skin so i make sure i wash my face twice in a day once with plain water & other time with face wash. I don't use sunscreens or creams as it makes my skin more oily. I have attached the pics. Could you please let me know why is it? & possible treatments for it. Thank you.
