Lesions in skin
Dear sir/ma'am, My relative has had skin lesions since 1 year on d fingers n armpit n neck region (pic attached).he also has diabetes(current HbA1c level is 6.8 and estimated average glucose is 148 mg/dl).plz suggested proper diagnosis for the lesion n treatment for the same

It could be eczema. You can try moisturizing hands frequently. However it would be better to consult to establish diagnsois and plan management.
