Hair thinning
I've been experiencing hair fall from last 5 years, the hair falls only from top , my hairline is intact but density all over is getting reduced . I've used minoxidil ,and multivitamin from my previous treatments but they don't help

Hair fall in age of 21 is not very common it happening durme to any reason like it is genetic or any pathological reason. After taking proper history it will clear that what is reason.
Multivitamin will definitely help you but minoxidil is steroid it will help you for time being when you drop treatment hair fall will again reappear.

Treatment I will advice without steroid
1) Hair PRP therapy session
2) some homoeopathy medicine which will correct your pathological changes.
Total treatment time is 3month .After 3 month you will notice hair regrowth and stop hair fall

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots.
