Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Boils , rashes , dry skin on buttocks. Dark skin patches. I have PCOS. How to get smooth skin . I use moisturizer. But to no use.

My hair is black-brown, dry and curly with medium length. I'm facing a hair loss problem. I tried using a natural hair oil product but still the problem is not solved. And also, my hair color is changing to white I noticed them on the crown area.

Is derma roller that is available on commercial market a good suggestion for the treatment of a scar 1 month old. if,so which variant in the needling should i consider?

Hi, I'm using niacinamide and hylauronic acid serum... which suits me well... mine is combination skin.. shall I use loreal revitalift hydrating gel moisturiser (which contains salicyclic acid ) over niacinamide and hylauronic acid serum... both suits me very well... but I just need clarification.. Doctors pls help me out whether I'm right or wrong.. I have already finished my consultation... now I'm in the process of choosing right  skin care routine... Pls don't ask me to consult... these products suits me very well... I am facing a dandruff and hair fall problem. Earlier my hair density was good but they are becoming thin because of hair fall also my dandruff is not going i think this may be the real cause of hairfall also Please suggest ways of shampoos and oils to get rid of this.
